All orders require preparation time before dispatch.

5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

You must inspect your package upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  
• Provide your order number and clear photos/videos.
  

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted due to courier investigation limits.

• Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refund of shipping costs.
