At MARAYA SKN, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality skincare.
Because our products are personal care items, hygiene and safety rules apply.
Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, we are unable to accept return requests.
2. Eligible Return Cases
A return, replacement, or refund may be approved only if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is significantly different from its description
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items without original packaging
- Promotional / discounted items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Products purchased via Cash on Delivery and refused without valid reason
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, email:

Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Replacements
If your claim is approved, we may:
- Replace the product with the same item, or
- Offer an equivalent product of equal value, or
- Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible)
Replacement is our preferred solution when applicable.
6. Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original payment method (when applicable)
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if approved) will be issued via bank transfer or agreed method.
7. Damaged During Shipping
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the package appears visibly damaged, take photos immediately.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted due to courier policies.
8. International Orders (Future Expansion)
For international orders (when available):
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
- Refused deliveries due to customs charges are not eligible for refund.
9. Skin Reactions & Allergy Disclaimer
We recommend performing a patch test before first use.
Individual skin reactions may vary.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Due to the personal nature of skincare, we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results.
