7. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or refuse orders at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of:

• suspected fraud,
• pricing or stock errors,
• abnormal order volumes.
  

After you place an order, you may receive:

• an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message, and
• shipping/tracking information when dispatched.
  

8. Payments

We offer the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

• Cash on Delivery (Morocco only) (if enabled),
• Card payment (if enabled),
• Bank transfer (if enabled),

Cash on Delivery (Morocco) — Important

If Cash on Delivery is selected:

• you commit to paying the full amount to the courier upon delivery,
• refusal without valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD orders,
• in case of unjustified refusal, you may be responsible for delivery/return logistics costs (where applicable under local practice).
  

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders we consider high risk.

Delivery areas

We currently ship primarily within Morocco, and may expand to Arab countries and international destinations as our logistics partners become available.

Processing time

Orders require preparation time, generally [ 1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and public holidays). During launches, campaigns, or high volume periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout or confirmation messages but are not guaranteed.

Incorrect address

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone number, additional shipping fees may apply.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

• damaged product,
• missing items,
• incorrect product,

• photos/videos of the issue (including packaging),
• a short explanation.
  

We may request additional proof and/or return of the item for verification.

Because we sell personal care / cosmetic products, hygiene and safety rules apply.

11.1 Returns window (Morocco)

We apply a 7-day request window starting from the date of delivery, only where eligible under the conditions below.

11.2 Eligible cases

A return, exchange, or replacement may be accepted if:

• the item is defective,
• the item is damaged on arrival,
• the item is not as described,
• the wrong item was delivered.
  

11.3 Non-returnable items (Hygiene)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• opened or used skincare products,
• items without original packaging,
• promotional / discounted items (unless defective),
• gift cards (if applicable).
  

11.4 Replacements (preferred solution)

If your claim is accepted, we may (at our discretion):

• replace the item with the same product, or
• offer an equivalent item of the same value, or
• issue a refund where replacement is not possible.
  

11.5 Refund conditions

If a refund is approved:

• it will be issued to the original payment method where applicable, or via an agreed alternative method.
  
• shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the error is ours.
  

11.6 Return process

When international shipping is available:

If you post reviews, comments, photos, videos, or testimonials (“User Content”):

• you confirm it is truthful and does not violate any laws or third-party rights,
  
• you grant MARAYA SKN a non-exclusive right to use this content for brand communication (website, social media, ads) unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing,
  
• we may remove content that is illegal, abusive, misleading, or harmful.
